Mariscal is shaping up to be an icon for both locals and visitors. We want to take advantage of the vibrant colors in the surrounding facades, the Art Deco architecture, and the popular materials used in the area to create a building that feels connected to its context while also offering a glimpse of contemporary and global design.

Mariscal proposes a space that preserves neighborhood elements while enjoying a privileged location.

We developed the concept for Mariscal enriched by the stories and elements we learned about its neighborhood and the people who used to live there. We wanted the colors, patterns, and materials to emerge from the very neighborhood itself, giving it a much stronger and more authentic identity.
