01. Project Vision
In this phase, the feasibility of the project is analyzed, along with its scope and limitations. Volumetric studies and schematics area layouts are reviewed.
02. Concept Creation Process
Here, design concepts are defined and design premises are developed through creative direction. At the same time, brand manuals are reviewed and preliminary studies are conducted to optimize the requirements of the architectural project. Areas are studied, and a visual analysis of trends is carried out.
03. Preliminary Design
Plans, elevations, renders, and preliminary catalogs are created, showing in detail the design of the project across all areas and solutions. General criteria for the placement of furniture, accessories, decoration, and budget are also established.
05. Executive Project
A complete and final set of plans is developed, including all project specifications: floor plans, elevations, renders, details, catalogs, budgets based on the concept catalog, and the execution program is prepared.
