The main inspiration behind the concept of Sushin González is the fusion of Japanese and Mexican cultures.
Our task was to create a space that reflected the restaurant's youthful spirit allowing both cultures to coexist in harmony while providing different experiences from traditional Japanese food spaces.
Just as the menu showcases an explosion of flavors, we aimed for the space to reflect that variety with vibrant colors and multiple textures that would allow diners to connect with their senses.
